Warranty Claim Instructions

1. Take a Wide Shot: Capture a clear, wide-angle photo of the entire pool.

2. Take a Close-Up of Damage: Take at least one additional photo showing a detailed, close-up view of the damage — including cracks, chips, or surface defects.

3. Minimum Photo Requirement: A minimum of two photos is required — one wide shot and one close-up — with as much detail of the damage as possible.

4. Upload Additional Files: Please upload all applicable files, including chemical maintenance records, purchase receipts, installation details, and any previous repair documentation.

5. Submit Your Claim: Attach all required photos and files along with a brief description of the issue, including when you first noticed the damage.

Note: Warranty claims cannot be processed until all required photos and applicable files are uploaded.
